Richie consistently plays in
attack mode on the offensive end of the floor. He can finish on the break, get
to the rim and knock down open or contested threes. Greaves plays with great offensive
confidence. Recent highlight footage
shows an advance skill set in various areas, notice his ability to use the
various cuts, his ability to run off and space off screens and ultimately knock
down finish and/or set up his teammates.
He has an uncanny knack for making the players around him better and
running the team effectively and efficiently while shooting a high percentage.
He can also slide to the off-guard
position where he has shown that can hit the jumper from the mid- range and
from behind the arc - we love his use of the rhythm dribbles. He excels as a floor general displaying a
solid handle, passing with both hands, as well as high level penetration and
finishing ability. As a lead guard in
the class of 2020 he is already displaying a high IQ level and see's the floor
like a cagey veteran.
After a solid season we can
clearly access that Richie’s game not only translates to the next level; but
that he is currently operating as one of top pure PGs in the country. He has proven his status on the highest level
against the best competition his respect hasn’t been given its been earned.
